Joe Goldstein completes Florida Supreme Court Arbitrator TrainingShutts & Bowen LLP is proud to announce that Joseph M. Goldstein, Managing Partner of Shutts & Bowen’s Fort Lauderdale office, has completed his Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator training. He can now receive Florida Court-appointments as an Arbitrator. Joe is available to help with all conflicts in dispute resolution, including online mediations, neutral umpire work, and special magistrate services.

An arbitrator helps parties settle disputes and reach mutual agreements through communication and dialog. They attempt to satisfy disputes by clarifying needs, issues, and concerns and would usually conduct meetings in the initial process. They clarify procedural issues like time requirements, fees, or witnesses. They are also responsible for setting up appointments, conducting interviews from witnesses or claimants, and reaching conclusions through their knowledge of policy, law, and regulation.

Joseph M. Goldstein is the Managing Partner of the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Joseph also practices out of the Tallahassee office.
