Navigating Supersedeas Bonds and Appellate Stays,” this CLE explored the practical and strategic challenges that emerge when a party seeks to pause enforcement of an order or judgment pending appeal. During the webinar, Julissa and her co-presenters discussed the procedure of obtaining supersedeas bonds, securing appellate stays, and navigating the underwriting and collateral process.

Julissa Rodriguez is a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen, where she is a member of the Appellate Practice Group. She is Board Certified in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar.
