Miami partner Martha Rabbitt, a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group, represented BankUnited in the closing and syndication of a $45.5 million construction loan to Van Jackson, LLC, which is a part of the Fort Lauderdale-based Affiliated Development.
The loan will be used for the construction of The Tropic apartments in Hollywood, FL., which will include workforce housing units and retail space.
