Patricia Flanagan, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s West Palm Beach office, will speak at a Lunch & Learn in the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) Hospitality Suite during the Cannes Yachting Festival on September 10, 2025, in Cannes, France.

During the Lunch & Learn that will be held from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM, Patricia will discuss “Charting Intellectual Property: What Is It and Who Owns It?” along with her co-presenter, Umberto Bonavita. The presentation will focus on the intellectual property aspects of building, distributing, selling, and marketing production yachts, providing valuable insights for industry professionals.
