Shutts & Bowen LLP West Palm Beach Partner Patricia A. Leonard was recently appointed as Co-Chair of the Business Litigation CLE Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association (PBCBA).
This appointment represents her second term as Co-Chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association's Business Litigation CLE Committee, following her service in the role during the 2022–2023 term. Members are appointed to committees each spring by the incoming President, and their terms run for the fiscal year from July 1 – June 30.
The Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Business Litigation CLE Committee creates and presents CLE seminars geared toward business litigators. Its seminars typically feature local judges and practitioners as speakers.

Patricia A. Leonard is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group and Chair of the firm's Focus on Women Committee. Patti has a diverse business and commercial litigation practice, representing businesses and individuals in their contractual and other disputes, employment discrimination defense, partnership and corporate disputes, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical litigation matters, condominium disputes, securities litigation, and real estate litigation. Patti has also litigated trademark, unfair competition, theft of trade secrets, Lanham Act, defamation, and copyright infringement cases. She practices in state and federal courts, as well as in FINRA arbitration. She also counsels clients in employment law matters.
