Patricia Leonard Discusses Professional Conduct in PBCBA Bar BulletinWest Palm Beach litigation partner Patricia A. Leonard discussed attorney professionalism and collegiality in her article titled “We Are All in This Together,” published in the April issue of the Palm Beach County Bar Association Bar Bulletin.

In the article, Patti explained that even attorneys who conduct themselves in accordance with the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct, the Florida Bar Professionalism Standards, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association Standards of Professional Courtesy and Civility can always do more to ensure professionalism in the legal profession.  This includes speaking up when an attorney observes another attorney acting in a discourteous manner toward someone else.
