West Palm Beach partner Patricia Leonard was one of the moderators for the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s 2020 Virtual Bench-Bar Conference.
Patti helped moderate a session on federal court litigation. The panel discussed the discovery phase, motions and memoranda, pretrial stipulations, motions in limine, jury selection, trial and post-trial motions. The judges on the panel were U.S. District Court Judge Roy K. Altman and U.S Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart.
