Patricia Leonard, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s West Palm Beach office, recently spoke on a panel during the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Bench-Bar Conference on March 6, 2026.
At the conference, Patti was a panelist in the Alternative Dispute Resolution session. During the presentation, Patti discussed mediation in commercial and employment litigation matters, with the panel also addressing family law mediation and mediation in personal injury matters. Also serving as a panelist was the Honorable Caryn Siperstein of the 15th Judicial Circuit, who discussed referring matters to mediation and non-binding arbitration.
