Attendees will learn how to develop a reputation for integrity by following the rules while still assertively representing clients and effectively counteracting dirty tricks using proven documentation techniques.

Patti’s portion of the virtual seminar, titled “Hidden Agendas: Why Does ‘Rambo’ Exist?” will delve into preparation, knowledge and experience necessary in litigation.  As part of this presentation, Michael will be providing his insight regarding best practices for young attorneys dealing with incivility.
