Shutts & Bowen Partner Joseph Goldstein Appointed by Supreme Court of Florida as Circuit Mediator

Fort Lauderdale partner Joseph Goldstein has been certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator. Following the completion of a 40-hour program as part of the process, Joe was certified by the Florida Supreme Court on August 22, 2020.

“I look forward to this opportunity to serve my community in an even larger way as a Circuit Mediator by helping to resolve disputes without judicial intervention,” Goldstein said. “I believe that my experience assisting businesses in disputes and government bid protests, as well as my trial and mediation experience, will assist me in facilitating the settlement of commercial disputes without the cost, time commitment, and unpredictability of litigation.”
