Shutts & Bowen Miami/Fort Lauderdale partner David Coviello represented Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. (POAH) in connection with the December 2nd zoning approval of a phased redevelopment of its property in Miami-Dade County with 332 affordable housing units. The project will replace the existing 220-unit complex constructed in the 1970s. Congratulations to POAH and the entire team, including architect Rick Padin of Behar-Font Partners.
