“Shutts is committed to strategic expansion and developing practice areas that benefit our clients and help us to attract new clients,” said Rodriguez. “Our firm is particularly well positioned to serve in the hospitality and food and beverage sectors, both of which are integral components of Florida’s economy. The addition of Robert and Marbet is accretive to our existing practices, while at the same time giving them the opportunity to expand the scope of services that they provide. We are thrilled to welcome them to Shutts.”

Robert has a demonstrated history of representing members of the alcohol and hospitality industries, including retailers, wholesalers, and producers of alcoholic beverages. He is skilled in alcohol law and regulated industries, alcohol licensing, alcohol regulatory and compliance issues, business licensing and permitting, and regulatory mergers and acquisitions.

“We are excited to be joining a firm with a statewide platform like Shutts and Bowen as we continue to leverage our extensive experience in the alcohol industry,” added Robert and Marbet. “Navigating the alcohol regulatory industry requires a deep understanding of its nuances and complexities and we remain dedicated to guiding our clients through this dynamic landscape.”
