Sidney Calloway Speaks at Racial Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Conference

Fort Lauderdale partner Sidney C. Calloway recently served as a panel speaker at the Racial Equity, Diversity & Inclusion’s “REDI to Lead” Conference, discussing the effects of DEI policy on businesses.

Hosted by the Urban League of Broward County, the conference explored topics surrounding inclusivity in the workplace, equitable community investment, diverse procurement programs, and talent development and advancement. Sidney served on “The Effects of DEI Public Policy on Business” discussion panel with Tameka Hobbs, Ed.D, Yolanda Cash Jackson, Esq. and LaKendria Robinson on April 25, 2023.

According to the organization, the main goals of the REDI Conference are to empower business leaders with learning and engage them with action-oriented solutions that address barriers to workplace equity.

Sidney is Past Chair of the Urban League of Broward County and continues to support the organization as a corporate ally to address equity, justice, race, and inclusion to identify solutions and remove barriers for disadvantaged groups, resulting in better outcomes for Broward County residents.
