Orlando partner Stefan Rubin was recently a featured presenter during the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Spring 2024 Meeting.

Stefan presented before the ABA’s Middle Market and Small Business Committee Meeting on April 4, 2024. His presentation, “Business and Legal Issues in Moving a Business to Florida,” addressed the legal challenges and benefits to be considered when relocating a business to Florida.

The ABA’s Business Law Section meeting is the top gathering of business law professionals from around the world, including managing partners, in-house counsel, government regulators, judges, and other leading business law practitioners to discuss major issues facing business lawyers today.
