Shutts & Bowen LLP Tallahassee partner Tara Price and attorney Kassandra Reardon recently presented for the Florida Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) Office.

During their presentation titled “Effective Use of Digital Exhibits & Courtroom Technology in Florida Civil Trials,” Tara and Kassie discussed recognizing judicial preferences and the requirements for technology in the room, as well as underlining the importance of proper trial preparation and management. They also emphasized a variety of available courtroom tools and the advantages of rehearsing the use of technology ahead of trial.
