Thomasina Moore Presents Before the Florida’s Office of Inspector General

Shutts & Bowen LLP Tallahassee partner Thomasina F. Moore presented before the Florida’s Office of Inspector General during a training session on sexual harassment in the workplace on December 17, 2025.

During the roundtable training presentation for the Directors of Investigation of Florida’s Office of Inspector General, Thomasina addressed ways to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. She also defined key behavior that may be constituted as sexual harassment, provided guidance to state employees who may feel they are a victim of sexual harassment and provided guidance to supervisors on their responsibilities in responding to sexual harassment.   

Following the presentation, attendees provided positive feedback on the useful information provided to the group.

About Thomasina F. Moore

Thomasina F. Moore is a Partner in the Tallahassee office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Appellate Practice Group.
