Timothy Woodward to Present at the 2021 Florida Transportation Builder’s Association Conference

Timothy Woodward, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office and leader of the Construction practice group, will be a featured presenter on Tuesday, February 23, during the Risk and Rewards session of the Florida Transportation Builders Association's (FTBA) 2021 Construction Conference.

Taking place at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and accessible via live virtual streaming, Tim will present “The Top 10 Mistakes Contractors and Designers Make with Claims and How to Avoid Them: A Construction Lawyer’s Perspective,” to the attendees of the annual FTBA conference. During the presentation, Tim will discuss common pitfalls made by contractors and designers when managing claims. He will also review practical tips on how to avoid costly mistakes with regard to early claims management, from the perspective of a construction litigator.
