Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Woody Pollack has been elected Treasurer of The Florida Bar’s Business Law Section (BLS), an organization representing nearly 5,000 business lawyers across Florida.

The Business Law Section serves as a leading forum for attorneys practicing corporate law, bankruptcy, banking, intellectual property, cybersecurity, antitrust, business litigation and other areas of business law. The Section promotes collaboration among practitioners while advancing legal education and law reform initiatives throughout the state.

As Treasurer, Woody will continue to serve on the Business Law Section’s Executive Committee, helping guide the Section’s leadership and strategic initiatives.
