Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce that Paul J. Scheck, a partner in the firm’s Orlando office, has been elected Secretary of the Orange County Bar Association and re-appointed for a second term to the Board of Trustees of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.
Mr. Scheck is a partner in the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He concentrates his practice solely in the area of labor and employment on behalf of management. He has litigated claims in both state and federal court involving employment discrimination litigation, wage and hour matters and breaches of restrictive covenants.
