Shutts to Host “Disgruntled Employee” Panel

On Wednesday, April 4, Shutts & Bowen will host “The Disgruntled Employee: Legal, Cyber and Workplace Violence Threats” from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Miami office. This panel discussion is being organized by Shutts & Bowen, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and 5326 Consultants, Inc.

Attendees will learn to handle security threats and hear about some of the steps that companies in the know are taking to manage risks through a combination of legal, technological and physical preventative measures, as well as policies, planning and critical training.

Bill McCullough, a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen and a member of the Corporate Practice Group, will be presenting alongside Silka Gonzalez, Founder and President of ERM, and Stacey Blau, Chief Operating Officer of 5326 Consultants, Inc.
