Andrew G. Portillo is a Senior Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Tax & International Practice Group.

Andrew focuses his practice on U.S. federal income taxes, domestic and international estate planning, and corporate matters. He has experience in the planning and implementation of tax efficient structures for foreign and domestic companies, as well as tax planning for high-net worth individuals.
