James C. Gavigan, Jr. is a Partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Land Use Practice Group.
Jamie represents clients who need experienced land use and property rights counsel. He represents developers and property owners in their interactions with local, county and state agencies on land use and land development issues. Jamie is also an experienced litigator who has successfully handled a wide variety of land use and real property disputes, taking claims and inverse condemnation actions, title and boundary issues, state and local permitting issues, and riparian rights issues.
Jamie was born and raised in Palm Beach County and is an active member of his community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Land Use and Local Government Committee.
