Kevin M. Koushel is a Partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

A Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law, Kevin represents developers, investors, lenders, and property owners across the full life cycle of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisitions, dispositions, and financing to condominium and community association matters.

Kevin frequently advises real estate developers on transactions involving condominiums, homeowner associations, and vertical subdivisions. Before practicing law, he gained experience in construction and property management, giving him a unique perspective and background that informs his approach to transactional matters.
