David A. Simon-Fajardo is an associate* in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Tax & International Practice Group.
David focuses his practice on tax planning in the areas of domestic and international taxation, advising both U.S. and global clients. He has experience in state and local tax (SALT) matters, corporate income and sales tax audits, REIT formation, accommodation tax issues, voluntary disclosure agreements, and other compliance matters.
