Irma Qureshi

Irma Qureshi is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.

Irma represents developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions. Her practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, financing, secured lender representation, multifamily and mixed-use development, title insurance, leasing negotiations, foreign bond financing, and other transactional matters involving a variety of asset classes.

Prior to joining the firm, Irma was a shareholder at an international AM Law 100 firm, where she advised clients on sophisticated real estate and finance transactions.

Before entering private practice, Irma served as an Assistant County Attorney for Broward County, Florida where she advised county departments and officials on real estate, finance, land use, regulatory and governmental matters. Her public sector background provides valuable insight into governmental processes, regulatory approvals and issues impacting commercial real estate development.

Irma combines large-firm transactional experience with practical legal and business judgment to help clients achieve their objectives.
