Brett Renton to Present PFAS Update at 2021 Florida Airports Council Summit

Brett Renton, a partner in Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Orlando office, will discuss the current state of PFAS litigation at the 2021 Florida Airports Council Education and Training Summit, on October 27, 2021.

Speaking on the first day of the three-day summit, Brett will once again present to conference attendees during the annual “PFAS Update,” a round-table discussion providing insight on the ongoing PFAS product-liability litigation filed by airports. Participating as a panelist during the program, Brett will address the multi-district litigation involving per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), as well as airport PFAS management, groundwater remediation, FDEP updates and where the agency is headed in 2022. Brett’s co-panelists during the presentation will include, Teresa Booeshaghi, John Lengel, P.E., Paul Newman, as well Jorge R. Caspary, P.G., who will act as the panel moderator.
