Diamela del Castillo-Payet presents at CCIM Online SymposiumOn Wednesday, April 7, Miami immigration partner Diamela del Castillo-Payet presented during a webinar hosted by the Florida Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Chapter Central District.

Titled “Central Florida Commercial Real Estate from a Global Perspective,” the online symposium featured panelists from several Central Florida-area companies. Panelists discussed real estate investment opportunities in Central Florida and the impact on people looking for short-term or long-term immigration status in the U.S.

The CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) to commercial real estate professionals who have extensive training and industry experience and complete a rigorous study program. According to the organization, the Florida Chapter CCIM is the largest CCIM Chapter in the United States, with the Central District (representing approximately 190 Central Florida members) being the largest of the eight districts in the Florida Chapter.
