On August 16, Orlando partner Harold Morlan "Hal" III presented a Certified Paralegal Review Course, discussing Real Estate & Property law for the Central Florida Paralegal Association.
Appearing as one of several speakers for the CFPA’s educational programming, Hal assisted course attendees as they prepared for their Certified Paralegal (CP) exam, reviewing real estate property rights, ownership and more. As part of their programming, the CFPA is co-sponsoring a series of lectures to assist paralegals who are studying for the national NALA Certified Paralegal Exam. Harold "Hal" Morlan III is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Governmental Law Practice Group and the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Task Force.
