Harold "Hal" Morlan III is a partner in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Governmental Law Practice Group and the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Task Force.

Hal focuses his practice on the areas of eminent domain, business litigation, property rights, and construction litigation and complex litigation involving real estate and commercial issues. He also serves on the board of the Christian Service Center, a nonprofit in Central Florida that helps families in need.

Prior to joining Shutts, Hal worked in litigation with business and corporate Florida law firms.
