Shutts & Bowen LLP West Palm Beach attorney Jodi-Ann Tillman participated in Nova Southeastern University Shepard Board College of Law’s “IP Attorney Panel” hosted by the Intellectual Property Law Society on October 30, 2026.

During the session, Jodi-Ann and her co-panelists discussed practicing IP law, the skills and habits that make a strong IP attorney, and the skills they wish they could have developed earlier in their careers, as well as how IP law and client needs are continuing to evolve. They also addressed what law students should be doing to make themselves attractive to potential employers in the IP field.
