Andrea brings more than 28 years of experience to the firm, with significant work in negotiating and structuring complex transactions. She advises clients on a broad range of business and corporate matters that arise throughout the entire life cycle of a company.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, private equity transactions, recapitalizations, restructurings, private placements, capital investments, equity and debt financing, and joint ventures. She also assists clients with distribution and other business agreements, strategic transactions, and corporate governance matters.
