Andrea F. Fisher is a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the firm's Corporate Practice Group. With more than 28 years in practice, Andrea has significant experience negotiating and structuring complex transactions and advising clients on a broad range of business and corporate matters that arise throughout the life cycle of a company.

Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, private equity transactions, recapitalizations, restructurings, private placements, capital investments, equity and debt financings, joint ventures, distribution and other business agreements, as well as other strategic transactions and corporate governance matters.

Andrea represents middle-market private companies, start-ups, entrepreneurs, shareholders, and investors across a variety of industries, including aviation, healthcare, dental, software, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, real estate, retail, supermarket, consumer products and distribution.
