Ben Gibson, Managing Partner of Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tallahassee office, and attorney Kassandra Reardon recently participated in the Republican National Lawyers Association (RNLA) Florida Chapter CLE Webinar, Election Law Update, on June 16, 2026.

Ben, the Chair of the RNLA Florida Chapter and RNLA General Counsel, served as a panelist for the program, while Kassandra moderated the discussion.

The webinar examined Florida’s latest election law developments, including legislation passed during the 2026 legislative session, and reviewed significant election law changes enacted in recent years. The program provided attorneys with timely insights into the evolving legal landscape and highlighted key updated expected to impact the 2026 midterm elections.
