Shutts & Bowen LLP's Real Estate Practice Group has been awarded "2025 Florida Top Agent" by First American Title Insurance, a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services.

The recognition highlights the contributions of Tampa Partner Lee Nelson, attorney Kimberly M. Taulbee, and paralegals Jamie Greco and Nancy Pesquera in executing complex real estate transactions and providing title insurance solutions through First American’s Florida network, including closing a recent $600 million acquisition and development loan for one of the nation’s top developers.

First American Title Insurance also hosted a complimentary continuing legal education (CLE) luncheon for the firm's Orlando office, where the award was also presented to Orlando Partner and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group, Charles B. "Chuck" Costar, in recognition of the team’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional legal counsel and title-related services in support of sophisticated real estate transactions. The program, "2026 Technology Trends Influencing Title," examined emerging technologies and evolving trends shaping the title insurance industry and provided attendees with Florida Bar CLE credit.
