Managing Partners Selected as 2018 South Florida Power Leaders

Rodriguez have been selected as South Florida Power Leaders by the South Florida Business Journal. This year’s list reflects a “dynamic regional marketplace” and highlights leaders from South Florida’s private, public and civic sectors who have steered their companies to prosperity and helped the region thrive.

All three of Shutts’ South Florida Office Managing Partners were selected as LISTMAKERS.

Joseph M. Goldstein, Managing Partner of the Fort Lauderdale office, is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. A Martindale-Hubbell AV® rated attorney, Joseph is among the less than one percent of attorneys who are Florida Bar Board Certified in Business Litigation. Businesses involved in disputes or government bid protests rely on his expertise, trial experience and government background. Joseph serves as Vice Chair of the Friends of WLRN Board and as a Director on the Boards for the Broward Public Library Foundation and Broward Workshop.

Arthur J. Menor, Managing Partner of the West Palm Beach office, is Chairman of the firm’s Real Estate Leasing Practice Group. A nationally recognized real estate lawyer, Art has 38 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate, focusing on commercial leasing and the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. He advises landlords and tenants in various aspects of the leasing process and also counsels developers, investors, and lenders.

Francis E. Rodriguez, Managing Partner of the Miami office, is Co-Chair of the Tax and International Law Practice Group. A Martindale-Hubbell AV® rated attorney, Frank focuses his practice on general business transactions, with an emphasis on federal and Florida tax issues. Frank coordinates voluntary self-disclosures with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department of Revenue. Frank frequently advises lenders and borrowers engaging in commercial financing transactions with respect to Florida tax matters.
