Eric D. Wagner is an Associate in the Tallahassee office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Appellate Practice Group.

Eric focuses his practice on appellate litigation, civil appeals and trial support in both state and federal courts. 

Prior to joining Shutts, Eric was a staff attorney to the Honorable Meredith L. Sasso of the Supreme Court of Florida, having previously served as a fellow to Justice Sasso during law school.
