Michael is a veteran trial attorney with nearly 40 years of experience representing clients in complex business litigation and real estate disputes, as well as in eminent domain and inverse condemnation matters. Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Business Litigation, he has served as lead trial counsel in significant multimillion-dollar disputes in both state and federal courts. His clients have ranged from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, internationally-known recording artists and foreign entities

Michael is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar, where he is a member of both the Florida Bar Standing Committee on Eminent Domain and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. He earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University.
