Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Tampa office was proud to once again join Feeding Tampa Bay for a community service event on October 29, 2025, at the organization’s Publix Community Market, a one-of-a-kind grocery store located within Feeding Tampa Bay’s state-of-the-art facility. From 5:00 to 8:00 PM, a group of dedicated attorneys and staff from Shutts & Bowen rolled up their sleeves to support the mission of Feeding Tampa Bay by assisting neighbors as they “shop” for groceries.
This volunteer event saw firm representatives working side by side with Feeding Tampa Bay staff, stocking shelves, packaging produce, and helping families gather nutritious items. They also assisted neighbors with transporting their groceries to their vehicles, contributing to the seamless operation of the in-house market. The event provided vital support to the nearly 1 million individuals across the 10-county region who rely on Feeding Tampa Bay for food assistance.
In attendance were Eric Adams, Woodrow “Woody” Pollack, Alyssa Cory, Melodie Khosrovani, Lia DeLeary, Elizabeth Ellis, and Office Administrator Susan Francisco. As part of the Feeding America network, Feeding Tampa Bay plays a leading role in addressing hunger and food insecurity throughout West Central Florida. By rallying local communities to take action, Feeding Tampa Bay continues its mission to build a healthier, more sustainable Tampa Bay and beyond.
