Melodie Khosrovani is an attorney in the Tampa office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group.
Melodie practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, assisting clients in all facets of general business representation, contracts, corporate transactions and securities matters. Melodie also has experience in corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Melodie served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James A. Edwards of the Fifth District Court of Appeal. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
