Shutts & Bowen attorneys Jean-Charles Dibbs, Florentino L. Gonzalez, David Coviello and E. Zachary Rans represented NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises as Florida legal counsel in connection with the division’s newly announced build-to-suit facility for its new global headquarters in Miami-Dade County.

The new state-of-the-art $250 million project is one of the largest investments in a broadcast facility in the history of South Florida. The facility will be located at 12200 NW 25 St., just west of the Florida Turnpike and the Ikea store at Dolphin Mall. The new headquarters is scheduled to be completed in 2018, just in time for Telemundo’s broadcast of the FIFA World Cup in the summer.
