Camila Chediak is an Associate in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
Camila advises emerging and industry-leading companies on a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including the clearance, prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property assets, as well as licensing and other transactional work. She also regularly assists clients in trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, in domain name disputes, and in federal court litigations. Additionally, Camila advises clients on consumer advertising and marketing laws, including guidance on advertising reviews and compliance matters, as well as on the Federal Trade Commission’s truth-in-advertising rules. Her experience extends to a wide range of industries, including fashion, automotive, entertainment, sports and retail.
