Max A. Razavi is a Law Clerk in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.
Max focuses his practice on transactions and commercial real estate matters involving the financing, acquisition, and disposition of real property.
After his first year of law school, Max served as a judicial intern for The Honorable William Matthewman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to joining Shutts as a Law Clerk, Max was a Summer Associate at the firm.
