Shutts & Bowen LLP was honored to host the launch of the Florida Intellectual Property American Inns of Court, a new statewide organization bringing together federal judges and leading members of the intellectual property bar from across Florida.

The Florida Intellectual Property American Inns of Court provides opportunities for members to exchange knowledge, discuss developments in intellectual property law and promote the highest standards of professionalism through education, mentoring and the sharing of best practices.

The launch took place on September 24, with programming held across Shutts & Bowen’s Tampa, Orlando, Miami, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale offices.

Woodrow "Woody" Pollack, a founding member of the Inn of Court’s Executive and Steering Committees, played a key role in establishing the Inns and coordinating its statewide launch. Joseph Bain, Patricia M. Flanagan, Brian J. Paul, Jodi-Ann Tillman and Camila Chediak were among the Inn of Court’s inaugural members and will participate in programming throughout the series.

Shutts & Bowen is pleased to support the Florida Intellectual Property American Inn of Court and provide its offices as venues for programming across the state.
