Rosemary E. Dailey is partner in the West Palm Beach office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where she is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group.

Rosemary represents foreign nationals and Fortune 500 clients in employment-related immigration issues, including visas, PERM applications, relocation, and compliance issues. She represents clients to secure temporary and permanent work authorizations for foreign national workers in various industries, including financial services, biotechnology and other scientific fields, universities, construction and government contracting. She has counseled clients on relocating athletes and other uniquely skilled workers to the U.S.

Rosemary also advises her clients on workforce compliance issues, including I-9 compliance, and is experienced at counseling companies through government audits. Her knowledge of employment law is an added asset in drafting and reviewing corporate immigration policies.

Prior to joining Shutts, Rosemary practiced immigration law with Venable LLP in the District of Columbia and Maryland, where she gained experience in working closely with governmental agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security.  She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is one of the only lawyers in her field who has studied the impact of 9/11 on immigration law. She wrote a chapter for Matthew Bender & Company and the LexisNexis Group on the impact of 9/11 on U.S. immigration law and how the U.S. CIS has been encompassed by the Department of Homeland Security.
