On Monday, December 8, Shutts & Bowen LLP hosted a lecture on US-Latin American relations featuring two distinguished diplomatic figures: Carlos Bernardo Cherniak, Permanent Representative of Argentina to the Organization of American States (OAS), and Dr. Michael E. Bogachek, Executive Director of the OAS.
The program combined Ambassador Cherniak’s reflections on the current challenges facing the Inter-American system with Dr. Bogachek’s assessment of how the OAS can enhance its efficiency and effectiveness, offering a comprehensive perspective on the future of hemispheric cooperation.
