
Daniel O’Keefe, Managing Partner of Shutts & Bowen LLP’s Orlando office, moderated a panel at the Invest: Greater Orlando 4th Edition Leadership Summit on September 2, 2026, at The Florida Hotel & Conference Center.
The panel, titled “Money Matters: Matching Greater Orlando's infrastructure ambitions with capital needed for growth,” explored where capital should be put to work in Greater Orlando and the uncertainties that can still prevent projects from moving forward. Panelists also discussed Orlando’s current infrastructure needs and how best to determine which needs are the most urgent, while also producing the greatest long-term economic return. They also addressed what needs to change the most in the coming years for Greater Orlando to fund the capacity its growth demands.
Also in attendance at the summit were Orlando attorneys J. Gregory Humphries, Charles Costar III, Jeffrey Elkins, Stefan Rubin, Brett Renton, Patrick Salmon and Keegan Stinnett.
