He served as the Board’s Chairman and Vice Chairman from 2021-2025. Additionally, as Deputy General Counsel for the Governor, Ben oversaw all legal issues involving the Florida Department of Education. Appellate Chair Daniel Nordby was a former Assistant General Counsel of Florida’s Department of Education.
